Youth And Children's Ministries

The Youth and Children’s programs at St Mark offer the younger members of the congregation various opportunities to participate in worship, as well as fun fellowship events so that everyone can feel a part of our congregational family.

Youth are invited to participate in the weekly worship service in a variety of ways:
  • Serving as acolyte
  • Ministry of grape juice for communion
  • Playing music during communion
There are also various special events and groups in which youth may participate.
  • Our Children’s Choir (K-5th grade) meets before Sunday School (8:45-9:00 am) and performs during service on special occasions such as Palm Sunday and periodically throughout the year.
  • The drama ministry group (all ages) develops skits and presentations to reinforce and enhance the worship message.
  • The Christmas program is presented entirely by the congregational youth.
